Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Shift Coordinator.

About this Role

This key position plays a vital role in our site's administration, responsible for coordinating workforce solutions and delivering recommendations that cover multiple areas of site management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the site leadership team to design and implement workforce solutions that align with our business strategy and adhere to relevant legislation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recommendations and solutions covering various aspects of site administration, including workforce planning, staffing, and payroll management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, time and attendance, hiring factory staff, implementation support for HR policies, EBA, and other employment-related matters.
  • Escalate people-related grievances and issues to the HR Manager and provide support in implementing appropriate measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold recognized qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Australian employment law and other relevant government legislation.
  • Possess excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels, as well as external agencies, service providers, and customers.
