Finance Administration Officer

About the Position:
Randstad is collaborating with a client in the finance sector to recruit an Authorization Officer for a casual yet ongoing role that offers full-time hours.
If you possess meticulous attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation, and are eager to explore opportunities in the financial sector within a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, this role may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone and email regarding applications and general questions.
- Verify application information and accurately input consumer agreements into the system.
- Over time, conduct thorough application assessments, which include requesting additional documentation and making informed decisions in line with internal protocols.
- Facilitate opportunities by customizing considerations and outcomes for clients.
- Occasionally make outbound calls to follow up on decisions or inquiries.
- Ensure proper scanning and filing of documentation.
- Comply with the Privacy Laws of Australia & New Zealand, as well as the company's terms and conditions.
Candidate Profile:
- Self-motivated and driven to work efficiently.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Prior experience in a call center is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Full-time hours of 38 hours per week with a rotating roster.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Casual assignment with a minimum duration of 6 months, with potential for extension.
