We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers and contribute to the recruitment process.
- You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, gathering relevant compliance and reference checks, to making offers and onboarding new hires.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies and campaigns, using various channels and platforms, to attract and engage diverse and high-quality talent.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People Services team.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties such as writing job adverts, managing candidate databases, generating contracts, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for enhancement within the recruitment function and contribute to its development.
- End-to-end recruitment experience within the Aged Care sector.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide high-level recruitment advice.
- Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Capacity to utilize a range of candidate attraction strategies and adapt to new technologies.
- A passion for candidate management, ensuring respect, care, and timely feedback for every candidate.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
