We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers and contribute to the recruitment process.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, gathering relevant compliance and reference checks, to making offers and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies and campaigns, using various channels and platforms, to attract and engage diverse and high-quality talent.
  2. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People Services team.
  3. Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties such as writing job adverts, managing candidate databases, generating contracts, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for enhancement within the recruitment function and contribute to its development.
Requirements:
  • End-to-end recruitment experience within the Aged Care sector.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide high-level recruitment advice.
  • Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Capacity to utilize a range of candidate attraction strategies and adapt to new technologies.
  • A passion for candidate management, ensuring respect, care, and timely feedback for every candidate.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
