This role is a full-time permanent position located in our South Melbourne office.
About the Role- As a leader, you will drive strategy and shape the hiring experience across the organisation.
- By mentoring others and delivering impactful results, you can make a real difference.
- You will work with Industrial Relations Business Partners to guide hiring managers and uncover talent.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and training providers, enhance our employer brand, and build talent pipelines.
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
- Have strong knowledge and understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices, legal requirements, and compliance requirements applicable to the out-of-home care sector.
- Proven ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive job market.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders internal and external.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisation and project management skills.
- Experience in HRIS systems an advantage.
