Job Overview

This position entails overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing expert guidance on candidate and market trends, and developing strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent.

The Opportunity

Our national talent team plays a critical role in identifying and attracting exceptional individuals who share our passion for delivering safe, clean, and reliable services. As a result of rapid business growth, we require additional talent to join us in driving innovation and excellence.

We have an exciting short-term contract available to support new areas of growth for our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including fostering relationships with candidates and providing guidance on interview guides, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment requirements and offer expert advice on candidate and market trends.
  • Designing and facilitating assessment centers for high-volume recruitment exercises.
  • Working closely with the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role or agency recruitment, focusing on managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and staff at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to day-to-day operations and a positive attitude towards change.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and recruitment systems.
