Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our national team on a permanent basis.

This role will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and hiring managers on all matters specific to talent attraction, employer brand, and candidate experience. Our talent acquisition roles require a strong focus on proactive sourcing and talent pooling both locally and internationally.

You will work closely with our Global Mobility team and Partners to identify and engage domestic and international talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across your service lines (working with a wide range of teams this role will provide you with diverse skills and knowledge in professional services)
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from talent pipelining, candidate experience, right through to working with our internal teams for onboarding processes
  • Promote our organization's value proposition to candidates', employees and external stakeholders
  • Partner with our People & Culture team to deliver exceptional client service
  • Liaise with global mobility and international hires regarding visa applications and legislative updates
  • Upskill and coach stakeholders to enhance recruitment capability through the delivery of workshops and training
  • Advise on best practice recruitment methodologies, market trends and strategies for talent sourcing
