Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Voice of Customer program to drive customer excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of customer journey maps to inform decision-making and drive superior outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insight-to-action and deliver ROI from CX investments.
  • Develop and maintain monthly Voice of Customer insights packs and associated actionable insights and plans.
About You
  • Proven experience in Voice of Customer and customer experience in a similar domain or industry.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Adaptable and relationship-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and action-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
