Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our CX team, you will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end Voice of Customer program, driving customer excellence, and building customer journey mapping capability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Voice of Customer program to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the CX team in delivering customer excellence and innovation, ensuring a superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain customer journey mapping capability to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of CX initiatives and drive ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CX initiatives and drive business results.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, voice of customer, and customer journey mapping. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in a similar domain or industry, with a strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and relationship-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
- Analytical and able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data points to drive business decisions.
