Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop and execute the Credit Strategy for ENGIE's retail customers
  
• Deliver financial objectives and metrics
  
• Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements, internal controls, KPIs, and standard operating procedures
  
• Manage key stakeholders and reporting requirements
  
• Explore accelerated adoption of analytics to inform decision-making
  
• Professional development and engagement of team members
  

About You:

• 
  
• Several years' experience in credit and within the energy retail industry is desirable
  
• Knowledge of managing outsourced service providers
  
• Skilled in continuous improvement and process efficiency
  
• Data-driven decision-making
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
