Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our CX team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Voice of Customer program to drive customer excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development of customer journey maps to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insight-to-action and deliver ROI from CX investments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide analytical and strategic insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven experience in customer experience, voice of customer, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-driven and action-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
