We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their journey with us.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its various components. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to customers on all aspects of their holiday, including cruise services, packages, and pricing.
  • Proactively monitoring customer inquiries and contacts via various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Facilitating a seamless and enjoyable customer experience from pre-departure to post-trip, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and campaigns, as well as the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
