About the Opportunity
  • The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for referral partners and clients when the Business Development Manager (BDM) is unavailable.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve client inquiries via phone and email with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Develop tailored reports and insights using Garradin, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare materials and documentation to support BDM meetings, travel, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Follow up on meetings to ensure outcomes and next steps are completed, driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, check-ins, and training sessions via phone or video, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain and update client support documentation, guides, and training logs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
