Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst

This role provides the opportunity to work on complex financial transactions across various sectors, supporting senior team members in the execution of strategic advisory and capital raising mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support deal origination and execution across initial public offerings, rights issues, placements, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Market Monitoring - Track capital market developments and trends, as well as trading performance of clients and peers.
  • Undertake detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis, utilizing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and comparable methodologies.
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, prospectuses, term sheets, and due diligence reports.
  • Conduct industry and company research to provide valuable insights for client opportunities.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and transaction committees.
  • Liaise with senior management of corporate clients and external advisers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Institutional Sales and Research.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years' experience in accounting, transaction services, law, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
