As a Reliability Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the F100 reliability program, aimed at enhancing fleet and component performance while ensuring the effectiveness of the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP). You will collaborate with the Fleet Reliability Team, which is tasked with Continuing Airworthiness Management services to uphold and exceed operational performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the aircraft reliability program and coordinate various reliability initiatives.
- Assist in the oversight of the maintenance program and evaluate modifications to maintain safety and improve operational performance.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges both independently and collaboratively.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Employ quality standards and statistical analysis methods to inform decision-making.
- Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to extract insights from extensive datasets.
- Possess a foundational knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL and Python, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification or a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
