We're seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House Casuals at our venues in Chadstone.

As a Front of House Casual, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences through your top-tier service mindset and energy. You'll drive sales on every shift by upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through top-tier service and energy
  • Work collaboratively with your team to succeed and meet daily goals and challenges

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work weekends and nights, including public holidays
  • Valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them
