Role Overview

The Assistant Venue Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for championing the guest experience at our distillery.

This role will involve leading team training, executing booked experiences to a high standard, and identifying ways to elevate how we welcome and host our guests.

We're looking for someone with hospitality experience (+3 years), ideally in a bar, distillery, winery or cellar door setting. With strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails and/or wine preferred.
