We are seeking an organized and detail-focused professional to fill this part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate documentation, perform data entry, and ensure up-to-date filing
  • Create reports and documents for managers and clients as required
  • Support directors and the accounts manager with additional tasks when necessary
  • Perform daily office management duties and maintain meeting minutes
Requirements:
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 360 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proven customer service experience and strong communication skills
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a proactive approach
