We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable role, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. They will possess strong customer service skills, be able to prioritize workloads effectively, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include supporting the team by managing workflow and internal communication, preparing standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing, and assisting with the execution of audit processes as required. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a professional services environment and be proficient in MS Office.

  • Support and assist the team to manage workflow and internal communication.
  • Prepare and send standard correspondence such as reports and invoices.

  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members.
