Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support to our organisation. This part-time role will involve a range of tasks including accounts receivable and payable, payroll duties, bank account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.

The successful candidate will have minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience in MYOB and Office 365, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.

This is a flexible role that requires the ability to work 20-24 hours per week, with flexibility in start/finish times and work days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation
  • Process fortnightly payrolls, superannuation, and work cover
  • Reconcile AUD and USD bank accounts daily, credit cards, and petty cash
  • Manage AUD and USD FX rate
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Manager during tender and audit
  • Maintain office supplies and staff amenities
  • Prepare BAS, PAYG, and EOFY reporting to the Accountant
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience in MYOB and Office 365
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies
