About the Role:

We're seeking an individual with previous retentions or customer service experience in a contact centre environment. If you're looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you

  • Manage a mix of inbound and outbound retentions calls to educate members on products and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Provide exceptional personal and informed customer service, answering enquiries clearly and concisely.
  • Identify customers' needs through effective questioning and active listening skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and sales, along with a keen interest in Health Insurance.
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solutions-focused, able to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared targets.
