What you'll be doing:
- Be the friendly voice for customers – handling orders, answering calls, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Coordinate dispatch, work with couriers, and keep stock moving.
- Get creative – design engaging posts, promotions, and marketing content.
- Create posters, promotional materials, and event collateral that people notice.
- Support sales reps with fresh content ideas.
- Help run events – from trade shows to customer get-togethers.
- Jump in on ad hoc projects where your ideas are valued.
You'll shine in this role if you are:
- A self-starter who loves taking initiative.
- Confident with Adobe (Illustrator or Photoshop) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Super organised, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Great at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Bonus points if you've dabbled in supply chain or logistics – but it's not essential.
