About the Role In this role, you'll manage end-to-end import operations across FCL, LCL, and Air. You'll be the go-to person for key clients, ensuring smooth shipments, proactive updates, and first-class service.
Your day will include:
- Managing import shipments from order to delivery
- Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and local transport providers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and updating client records in CargoWise
- Problem solving, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements
What You'll Bring
- Experience in freight forwarding (import/export – sea & air)
- Proven experience using CargoWise
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, energetic approach and team focus
