What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer order enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers and internal stakeholders
  • Processing orders via email, phone, and fax
  • Coordinating dispatch and liaising with courier companies
  • Managing stock control and organising parts for customers
  • Tackling ad hoc tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter with drive and autonomy
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Highly organised, energetic, and enthusiastic
