Product Ownership LeadershipYou will be responsible for leading and influencing the direction of product ownership across the enterprise.
Develop frameworks and capabilities for a talented team of product owners and foster a strong sense of community, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional influencing skills, 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, and certified training in Agile methodologies.
They will also have proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals, demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing product owners, and experience working in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and evolve the product owner chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles.
- Provide virtual leadership to product owners across Australia and New Zealand.
- Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership.
- Lead an enterprise-wide product owner capability uplift program.
