Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives using customer insights and evidence-based data.
They will act as a role model for product excellence, leading a cross-functional squad and providing guidance across the wider organization.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product ownership principles, with a proven track record in roadmap creation, user story development, and product design.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Data-driven approach, applying critical thinking, problem solving, and design thinking principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product ownership principles.
- Proven experience in roadmap creation, user story development, and product design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven approach, applying critical thinking, problem solving, and design thinking principles.
