Employment Consultant Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a positive impact and helping others overcome employment barriers? We seek driven professionals who thrive on providing exceptional support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have:
- Full Australian working rights
- A full Australian driver's license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Pass a Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate strong Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
A typical day involves building rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience. You will identify and assess employment barriers and create solutions to support them. Your responsibilities may include developing job plans, increasing employability through training, sourcing employment opportunities, and building relationships with potential employers and community organisations.
