Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across diverse sectors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end management of complex and high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and exceptional quality standards.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, education, civil/mining, remote construction, and concrete/batching.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress updates.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering high levels of collaboration, performance, and motivation.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with expertise across multiple sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • In-depth experience in managing large-scale projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred).
