As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of building projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate project strategy, procurement, construction, and post-construction activities ensuring timely delivery at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct project delivery from pre-design to post-construction stages.
  • Cultivate effective relationships among internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Lead stakeholder negotiations and provide strategic advice on project progression.
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain project data for auditing purposes.
  • Support billing processes and fee generation as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading complex building or infrastructure projects in a senior role.
  • Excellent contract management and project coordination skills across traditional and non-traditional procurement models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and solutions-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality control measures.
  • Able to drive outcomes and make strategic decisions.
