Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to deliver high-quality project management consulting services across a diverse range of building and construction projects.

This role requires strong leadership, professional expertise, and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of project staff, consultants, contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide high-level contract coordination across both traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operational matters and ensuring client requirements are consistently met.
  • Oversee the implementation of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all contractual, scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements are achieved.
  • Lead negotiations with consultants, contractors, local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to deliver value-for-money outcomes.
  • Apply professional knowledge and experience to support effective decision-making and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor performance by preparing variance and exception reports, conducting project audits, and ensuring continuous improvement across projects.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to ensure successful project delivery and positive client outcomes.
