About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our on-site facilities team at JLL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service delivery to our client, a global tech giant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide facilities support to the JLL onsite team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage site administration, including management information reporting, room set-ups, inspections, service validation, inventory management, and employee registration.
- Assist at reception as required, handling visitor queries and supporting vendors.
- Operate the vendor management system and be accountable for visitor tracking.
- Book and manage helpdesk tickets through the work management system.
- Engage with vendors for the supply of various goods and services, such as stationery, pantry items, maintenance, and deliveries.
- Monitor the health and safety of the workplace on-site.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage vendors and visitors.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Organizational and time management capabilities.
- Competent in the use of MS Office suite.
- Client focus.
