Job Title: Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide family dispute resolution services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mediation, conflict resolution, and family dynamics. They will be able to work with families from diverse backgrounds and age groups, providing them with the tools and support needed to resolve their disputes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality family dispute resolution services to clients in need.
  • Conduct property mediation sessions to facilitate agreements on property distribution.
  • Offer intake, information, support, and referral services to clients.
  • Develop and implement community education programs to promote healthy relationships and family dynamics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or a relevant qualification in a field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Law.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Family Dispute Resolution or a relevant field.
  • Mediation or Conflict Resolution qualifications, and/or National Mediation Accreditation and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Accreditation.
  • Experience in family dispute resolution and child-focused practices.
  • Current C or CA class driver's license (QLD).
