We are seeking a skilled professional to provide family dispute resolution services and support individuals in achieving positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality family dispute resolution services
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Engaging with stakeholders and community groups
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training
A successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences
- Mediation or Conflict Resolution qualifications and/or National Mediation Accreditation and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Accreditation
- Experience in family dispute resolution and child-focused practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Core competencies:
- The ability to deliver family dispute resolution services with professionalism and integrity
- Apply knowledge of theoretical models and frameworks to ensure effective practice
- Ability to articulate the family dispute resolution process and communicate complex information to clients
- Represent the organization with professionalism and promote its values and mission
