About the Role:

Kinetic IT is driving growth and transformation, and we're seeking experienced leaders to shape our Intelligent Workplace Services capability.

As a Digital Workplace Evolution Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our evolution, developing roadmaps that drive digital workplace innovation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your service line, ensuring we meet business goals and customer expectations.

This role will focus on developing and evolving services that support end-users of IT and deliver a modern, digital workplace experience. With a key focus on Intelligent Workplace Services, you'll lead the development of innovative service offerings tailored to meet customer needs and establish Kinetic IT as a leader in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft meticulous roadmaps that delineate our innovative service offerings, meeting customer needs, and establishing Kinetic IT as a market leader.
  • Develop pricing and SLA models that are attractive to customers and meet target margins, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Lead a dynamic virtual community of practice responsible for owning and delivering services aligned with our service portfolio, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.
  • Establish and maintain service artefacts that best represent our market offerings, supporting the sales and bid process.
  • Serve as the design authority for services and solutions developed during Opportunity and Bid management activities, driving growth and expansion within the service line.
  • Identify, evaluate, and advocate for the integration of new and improved services that differentiate us in the market.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing whitepapers, articles, and blogs showcasing our expertise and vision in service offerings, actively participating in industry partner events to enhance our visibility and influence.

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in Intelligent Workplace Services, adept at developing roadmaps that drive digital workplace evolution, encompassing EUC services, IoT technologies, unified communications, and supporting software.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in devising pricing strategies and SLA models to foster business growth.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful content and collateral for tender processes and bids.
  • Recognised industry leader known for driving successful transformations, contributing to whitepapers, and fostering communities of practice.
