- Lead a dynamic virtual community of practice responsible for owning and delivering services aligned with our service portfolio, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.
- Establish and maintain service artefacts that best represent our market offerings and support the sales and bid process.
- Serve as the design authority for services and solutions developed during Opportunity and Bid management activities, driving growth and expansion within the service line.
- Identify, evaluate, and advocate for the integration of new and improved services that differentiate us in the market.
- Extensive leadership experience in Intelligent Workplace Services, adept at developing roadmaps that drive digital workplace evolution, encompassing EUC services, IoT technologies, unified communications, and supporting software.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in devising pricing strategies and SLA models to foster business growth.
- Proficiency in creating impactful content and collateral for tender processes and bids.
- Recognised industry leader known for driving successful transformations, contributing to whitepapers, and fostering communities of practice.
