Customer Service Specialist

At 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products or services.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven people management experience at a senior level.
  • Financial management skills.
  • Experience analysing and interpreting statistical and performance-related data.
  • Strategic ability and planning and execution skills.
  • Technical knowledge/industry experience.
  • Sound understanding of crucial agent remuneration drivers.
  • Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice.
  • Computer skills: Outlook, intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, claims management systems.
