Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Phone Repair Technician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and excellent customer service skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing phones, tablets, and other devices. They will also provide estimates and quotes for repairs and services, explain technical issues and solutions to customers, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and test phones, tablets, and other devices
  • Provide estimates and quotes for repairs and services
  • Explain technical issues and solutions to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Promote and sell products, services, and accessories
  • Process payments and transactions
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies and equipment
