The Role Overview?

The Repair Team plays a key role in performing minor mobile phone and tablet repairs and categorizing faulty devices according to our standards. Reporting to the Repair Team Lead, this position involves receiving on-site training to perform all repairs and collaborating with the team to develop new repair methods. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Device Repair:
    Perform minor mobile phone and tablet repairs, ensuring all work is completed to our quality standards.
    Develop skills in various types of repairs, from basic fixes to more complex tasks.
  2. Faulty Device Categorization:
    Accurately categorize faulty devices based on our standards and guidelines.
    Document and report any defects or issues identified during the repair process.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    Follow quality assurance protocols to ensure that repairs meet customer expectations and company standards.
    Conduct final inspections of repaired devices to ensure they are fully functional and defects-free.
  4. Training and Development:
    Engage in on-site training programs to enhance repair skills and knowledge.
    Stay updated on new repair techniques and industry trends to improve performance continuously.
  5. Inventory Management:
    Assist in managing inventory of parts and tools, ensuring necessary materials are available for repairs.
    Notify the Repair Team Lead of any shortages or issues that may impact the repair process.
Requirements:

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided on-site. You'll need strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, and the ability to follow defined processes accurately. Good organizational skills, effective communication, and physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devices are also essential.
