About the Role

Are you a skilled technician with retail experience and able to work in our store? We're looking for someone who can provide an amazing customer experience and help us grow as a business.

For this role, we need someone with basic repair knowledge on iPhones and Samsungs (LCDs, batteries and charging ports) and general computer knowledge. Experience with customer service, stocktake and inventory management is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve customers in a confident and friendly manner
  • Find out the issue and solution of broken devices
  • Ensure stock inventory is effectively managed
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year experience in sales or a related field
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Phone repair knowledge and computer knowledge
