Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Florist Operations Manager to lead our Adelaide operations.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily warehouse operations for efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of florists, drivers, and support staff in line with our values
  • Monitor performance and product quality, striving for continuous improvement
  • Manage stock levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure fresh and beautiful flowers
  • Coordinate deliveries and maintain relationships with couriers
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product quality, labour costs, delivery times, and stock levels
  • Plan and manage large events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas
  • Maintain a safe working environment and keep our location looking its best

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and a passion for quality
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
