The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Full-Time Florist and Team Leaders to join our teams across Adelaide.

This is your chance to take a leadership role where you can guide a talented floristry team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create beautiful floral designs every day.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and motivate a team of florists to achieve daily goals
  • Design and create premium floral arrangements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Liaise with Fresh Stems Specialist to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation of the floral department
  • Be flexible with roster changes to help cover team absences

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of floristry experience
  • Floristry Certificate I-IV from a recognized Australian RTO
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
  • High attention to detail and a creative eye
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
