Floral Operations SupervisorWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Floral Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring our team of florists, drivers, and support staff in line with our company values.
- Oversee stock levels, working closely with our buying team, to ensure our flowers are kept fresh and beautiful.
- Manage deliveries and maintain good relationships with our couriers.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like product quality, labour costs, delivery times, and stock levels.
- Plan and manage big events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
You'll work closely with our team to achieve business objectives and contribute to our continued success as Australia's leading online flower and gift delivery service.
About you:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail and eye for quality.
- A passion for flowers.
- A self-motivated, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
