Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

Ambitious and experienced professionals are sought to lead our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations.

This includes managing the end-to-end processes from goods inwards and order processing through to despatch. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor warehouse team members to foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management and stockflow.
  • Complete warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
  • Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics (DIFOT, AOT, order accuracy) and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.
  • Forklift Licence required.
