Empowering Young People Specialist

We are seeking an Aftercare Coach to support young people as they transition into independence.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering young individuals, strong relationship-building skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet contractual requirements, uphold professional standards, and contribute to practice improvements.
- Promote high standards of service delivery, foster autonomy, and self-determination among young people.
- Provide advocacy, mentoring, and practical support based on trauma-informed care and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with young people and relevant tertiary qualifications in social science or equivalent.
- A current NSW driver's licence and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Exceptional relationship-building and advocacy skills.
