  • Foster an environment that values young people's autonomy and self-determination.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with young people and relevant tertiary qualifications in social science or equivalent.
  • A current NSW driver's licence and NSW Working With Children Check.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and advocacy skills.
  • A flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
