PMC Commercial Interiors is growing and is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. Reporting to the CITO, this role will be key to delivering excellent support across our employees, devices, and cloud-based applications. This is primarily an on-site job in Charlotte, NC, or Greenville, SC, with occasional travel to support other regional offices.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune for user and device management, and will thrive in a diverse SaaS environment supporting multiple business applications and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations, providing end-user support, and contributing to IT projects that improve efficiency and security.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Tier 1–2 support for laptops (Windows and macOS), mobile devices, and common IT issues.
• Administer user accounts, security groups, and device compliance in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
• Support a variety of SaaS applications, productivity tools, and other business-critical platforms.
• Handle new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device setup, software provisioning, and account creation.
• Document solutions, updating IT procedures, and maintaining an internal knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot application access and integration issues, including single sign-on (SSO) workflows.
• Provide support for office hardware such as printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
• Participate in IT initiatives aimed at improving security, workflows, and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

PMC is looking for a service-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and supporting technology across a dynamic SMB environment. Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration skills and comfort working both independently and in a team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3-5 years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
• Familiarity with supporting a range of SaaS applications (ERP such as NetSuite preferred).
• Experience supporting Windows and basic macOS environments.
