Experience Design Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Experience Designer to join our team.
This role involves developing experience strategies and visions that support valuable outcomes for clients and their customers. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of world-class work, bringing excellent experiences to life, and conducting research and exploration to develop compelling insights.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality digital experiences
- Develop experience strategies and visions that support business goals
- Conduct research and exploration to develop compelling insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design best-in-class digital experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in senior-level experience design
- Expertise in designing modern digital experiences
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret and challenge briefs and produce work on schedule
- Experience in leading collaborative design workshops
