We are hunting for the most passionate and talented Food and Beverage Daytime Team Leader

Duties / Responsibilities
  • As Food & Beverage Team Leader, lead and support a dedicated team to continually improve operations and guest service levels.
  • Understand menu content, changes and promotional activities.
  • Get to know and recognise regular guests; handle all customer enquiries professionally.
  • Provide a high standard of food and beverage service in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
  • Maintain knowledge and practice of all hotel WHS guidelines.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and to the hotel\'s standards.
  • Maintain superior levels of F&B service to hotel guests.
  • Train food & beverage attendants of a lower grade and lead a team accordingly.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
About you
  • Holding a current SA RSA.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B.
  • Great communication skills, confidence and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of the team; high level of knowledge in coffee making; passion for food and wine; team player.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts on a 7-day roster.
