Project Management Opportunity

A seasoned professional is sought to oversee and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible.
  • Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within financial constraints.
  • Contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all agreed specifications.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed.
  • Report regularly on the project status to executives and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, project planning, and resource management.

Requirements
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a project manager.
  • Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management, and project scheduling.
  • Preferred Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related area.
