Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile projects from conception to delivery. This key role will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of complex construction projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and timelines are feasible
  • Budgeting and cost management to maintain project financial stability
  • Contract administration, including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all agreed specifications
  • Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed
  • Reporting regularly on project status to executives and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a project manager
  • Project management skills such as time management, budgeting, resource management, and scheduling
