Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver construction projects that meet all agreed specifications. The ideal candidate will be onsite 100% and responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets to maintain financial prudence.
  • Administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation and oversight.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Maintain strict adherence to legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • A US or Australian citizen with a valid security clearance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a project manager in construction.
  • Strong project management skills, including time management, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
